is a manufacturer and wholesale distributor of kitchen textile products for the professional chef and the home cook. We offer a wide selection of stock items used by professional chefs including: professional quality cloth and vinyl aprons, flame-retardant oven mitts and barbecue mitts, a full line of thick-terrycloth items, assorted heat protection items, utility towels, insulated food-delivery bags, and related kitchen textiles. For the home kitchen we offer many useful items including appliance covers, placemats, napkins, decorative mitts, barbecue mitts, baby bibs, tote bags, etc.

to the commercial market through institutional foodservice dealers and distributors.  We also sell consumer products through retail-store distributors. In addition, we custom make many items for other manufacturers that need OEM and made to order contract work.  We sell to the majority of our customers on open account terms.  Payments are made to Bravo Textiles LLC via company check or Visa/MasterCard.

Bravo Textiles LLC was started in 1997 by two partners in a small garage in Southern California.  With only a few selected kitchen textile items that were possible to design and manufacture themselves, a company was launched. First items included several aprons, a single oven mitt, and pizza delivery bags.  Within several months, production moved into a 2500 square foot manufacturing facility in Los Angeles and the first employee was hired.  By the end of 1998, the product line was expanded and sales increased dramatically.  Today, a stock line of commercial kitchen textiles is offered for use in restaurants and institutions, and a portion of the business is devoted to custom-manufacture of consumer kitchen textiles.
